What’s in the Tough Dog Shark 6 kit

This is a complete, matched front and rear package designed specifically for the Shark 6 dual cab (10/2024 on) – not a set of parts thrown together.

  • Tough Dog front struts and rear shocks – 40mm bore, twin-tube design with an 18mm chrome rod, high-temperature all-weather oil and a hydraulic rebound stop to soften top-out over rough ground.
  • Foam Cell technology – Tough Dog’s best-selling shock design, which resists fade and keeps damping consistent on long corrugated runs.
  • 9-stage adjustable option – step up to Tough Dog’s adjustable dampers and dial the ride firmer or softer to suit daily driving, touring or towing.
  • Raised Tough Dog coil springs, front and rear – Australian-designed and manufactured, matched to your setup.
  • Approximately 2″ (50mm) of lift – final height depends on your accessories and constant load.

We set the springs to suit how your Shark is actually built – standard front or bull bar and winch, and a light or constant rear load (canopy, drawers, fridge). Tough Dog shocks are backed by a 4-year unlimited km recreational warranty (3 years commercial), subject to conditions.
